This privacy policy governs your use of the software application Space Gun 16 (“Application”) for mobile devices that was created by David Karla. The Application is a basic sample player/recorder and looper with builtin effects.

The application uses a microphone to allow real time recording of sound which may be played back. It also accesses the internet to provide a node to receive OSC messages for control purposes. It offers no direct way to recorded sample to a third party. No other user information is collected or stored.

The Application obtains the information you provide when you download the Application. We basically ignore all that, but if you want to say 'Hi' that would be great.

In addition, the Application may collect certain information automatically, actually only the IP address of your mobile device, for use in OSC messages.

This Application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.

We retain personal no data or device information. Sound recordings that you make are accessed only on the device they are made on, and are managed by yourself using standard tools, and you retain all copyright of such.
